Rug Cleaning in Leicester

Tell us about your rug

Rugs are made from many different materials and in many different ways, so there is no single right way to clean them. When you contact us, it helps to tell us:

• What the rug is made of, if you know (wool, cotton, synthetic and so on)
• Roughly how big it is
• What the problem is: general dirt, a particular stain, a smell
• Whether it is old, hand-made or delicate

A photo is very useful. We will recommend the right approach for your rug and give you a free quote.

Looking after your rug between cleans

• Vacuum regularly, and turn the rug over now and then so wear is spread evenly.
• Blot spills straight away with a clean cloth. Press, do not rub.
• Keep rugs out of strong direct sunlight, which can fade the colour.
